Is it just me or does anyone else love these as much as I do? I'm transported back to my Great-Grandmother's house when I eat these (or chocolate stars, or chocolate covered raisins, or butterscotch disks ...... or a whole host of other goodies!)
I bought a bag yesterday and just finished it today - all by myself. UGH. (I'm back in the present now - 40-something and not able to eat all of that stuff without gaining a few pounds!)

What about those little "log" thingies? What were those called? Yum!
I think those are called Pecan Logs.
My grandfather always had double dipped chocolate covered peanuts around. I'm still addicted to those things.
YUM!!! I LOVE Maple Nut Goodies. I am impressed that the bag made it two days. I would have ate the whole thing in one setting :)
I love those maple nut thinga majiggers too. But my favorite thing this time of year is the candy corn with peanuts mixed in.
They taste just like a candy bar-paydays I think???
I seriously smelled my grandma's house in my nose when I read what you wrote. It was so nice to think of her and her candy--I miss her. :)Jen
No, Topher, not pecan logs! They were kinda like a Butterfinger texture inside, little things, about an inch long! Oh, well, forget it! You guys are all too young. I need to go find an old people's blog to participate in!
I don't think I like that candy. (speaking of the candy Paula mentioned) pretty sure my Grandma doesn't either. Or my mom. Not really, I think I like it, I just felt like rambling on someone else's blog. I could go on and on but it's pretty close to my bedtime. SO, I think I'll sign off. Good Night. p.s. I hope Paula reads this before Stella.
oh yeah, and another thing...isn't it about time for another Panera
Bread lunch?
Yeah - but there won't be any more gift cards.... in case you haven't heard the news....
